Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Original Packaging
Carefully pack the electronics in their original factory boxes, including all internal foam, cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit.
Apply Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
